Investor lending activity continues to rise and is now at all-time highs across the country, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
Investors are most active in Sydney ($2 billion over the past 12 months), and regional Queensland ($1.7 billion), with the biggest increases coming in Darwin, regional Tasmania and regional Western Australia.
